Sarah graduated from the University of Limerick with a B.Sc in Mathematical Sciences. Her final year thesis focused on moving boundary problems and their industrial applications in the casting of metals. Sarah’s horizontal themes are applied mathematics and statistics while the vertical themes of most interest to her are data analytics and smart manufacturing.

Thesis title: Mathematical Modelling of chemical agent removal by decontamination reaction with a cleanser solution.
